KDONAr-7500/1360/250Y Cold box Mexico,ASU

Project and Engineering services, Sichuan Air Separation Plant (Group) Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter called SASPG) shall design, manufacture and supply a brand-new air separation plant with the latest process technology of molecular sieve adsorption, booster turbo-expander, structural packing upper column and GOX internal compression process. This plant is complete with the air filtration system, air compressor system, air pre-cooling system, molecular sieve purification system, booster turbo-expander system, cold box system, LOX storage & vaporization system, instrumentation and electric control system etc.

The overall dimensions of main body combined by cold box of main column and argon column of Model KDONAr-7500/1360/250Y ASU is 6500mm×4200mm×52200mm, which is a rectangle and sealed box; the main material of the cold box is Q235-B and the total weight of cold box is around 160T. Size of cold box for main heat exchanger is 3500×4200×13000, which is also a rectangle and sealed box, main material Q235-B, total weight around 35T. The cold box system mainly consists of main heat exchanger, sub-cooler, upper column, lower column, crude argon column I, crude argon column II, pure argon column, crude argon condenser, pure argon evaporator, pure argon condenser, etc. and connecting piping, cold box shell, rack, platform, ladder, handrail, etc. Because the cold box system is large in volume and heavy in weight and the overall length after compounding is around 53 meters, it will be divided into 5 pieces for shipment and lifted in site with 5 pieces as well. Each foundation work shall be well-prepared before erection team enters into the site as per product structure features and requirements on piping installation.
